Leadership Is Not Rocket Science

Today, I want to share some simple and practical tips about how to be a better Business leader. None of these things are rocket science, but they can have a big, positive impact in your network marketing business.

# 1 Give Recognition ALL THE TIME

Recognize your team members whenever possible, even for the smallest of things. People want to feel important and appreciated. Babies cry for it and adults die for it: RECOGNITION. Whenever YOU are recognized for something, be sure to give credit to the people on your team. Utilize praise, awards, certificates, handwritten notes, gifts, contests and anything else you can think of to recognize people.

# 2 Lead from the Front

Always lead from the front. Do the things you want your team members to do. Become a top recruiter and retailer. Stay consistent and persistent. Be rock solid! Your team is always watching you!

# 3 Be a Servant Leader

Focus on helping others get what they want. Take your eyes off yourself and focus on helping and serving others. The more people you serve, the more money you will make! Realize that your team does not work for you. If anything, you work for them!

# 4 Create Team Spirit

People want to belong to something bigger than themselves. It’s basic human nature. Create a strong team culture that encourages people to grow and step out of their comfort zone. Have a team name. Make EVERYONE on your team feel important and special whenever you can!

# 5 Love People

Never pressure people to do more with the business than they want to. Love on everyone and meet people where they are at AND work with the willing. Do not “push” people out of the business because you pressure them to do things they aren’t ready to do yet. Every person on your team has a role. Every person on your team is important.

# 6 Speak Belief Into Others

You must realize that MOST people have confidence and worthiness issues. As a leader, your job is to speak belief into others. Encourage others. Let them know they are worthy and deserving of success. Give them credit for even the smallest of things. Help others work on their personal development, so they can reach their potential.

# 7 Take 100% Responsibility

You are your own CEO. Never blame your team for anything. You must accept 100% responsibility for your success, or failure, in the industry. Man up or woman up at all times. Remember, there are no successful victims.

BUSINESS TIPS

IF YOU VALUE YOUR BUSINESS, YOU WILL DEFINITELY CREATE TIME FOR IT…

If you say, I’M TOO BUSY AND DON’T HAVE TIME TO GROW MY BUSINESS THAT SIMPLY MEANS YOU DON’T VALUE YOUR BUSINESS.

What separates successful people from others is not how lucky they were but how many times they have been unlucky, yet they keep going when others give up. Keep working hard, keep making mistakes, keep learning. And never quit.

SPONSOR UP FOLKS!

Stop looking for people who are down and out and NEED the business instead focus on finding people who WANT to change their lives for the better.

Ultimately, you are looking for someone who is sick and tired of being sick and tired and will do just about anything to improve their life. Just because someone SHOULD improve their life, or should want to, doesn’t mean that they actually do want to improve their life. **

Stop looking to sponsor unemployed people, broke people and negative people. These people are good people, but they are not good prospects for a business opportunity. You want someone with some disposable income.

You want someone with influence. You want someone with hustle. You want individuals who are coachable. You want individuals who are HUNGRY to improve the quality of their lives. Focus on finding that person perhaps those people and watch your BUSINESS GROW.

More earnings!

BREAKAWAY COMFORT

The value of life comes from within. A person value is not determined by material possession, titles or social status. The value of your life cannot be measured by any amount of money.

know the value of your life, examine your heart and actions. Invest in yourself with things that cannot be taken away from you.Do not allow the world to add a price tag to your life because you are invaluable worth.

Achievement is not for everybody. It is for those who are focused, optimistic, positive, fearless and who never quits – who has a burning desire to fulfill life’s purpose – destiny.

You must breakaway from your comfort zone to excel.

Take up one ambitious project/business and start making effort to succeed in that area. The shortcut to success is by having a mentor/coach in the area you want to venture into.

15 Inspiring truth about The Incredible Gift of God’s Grace

“Grace is the free, undeserved goodness and favor of God to mankind.” – Matthew Henry

“Grace does not depend on what we have done for God but rather what God has done for us. Ask people what they must do to get to heaven and most reply, “Be good.” Jesus’ stories contradict that answer. All we must do is cry, “Help!”” – Philip Yancey

“Repentance, not proper behavior or even holiness, is the doorway to grace. And the opposite of sin is grace, not virtue.” – Philip Yancey

“If you fear you’ve written too many checks on God’s kindness account, drag regrets around like a broken bumper, huff and puff more than you delight and rest, and, most of all, if you wonder whether God can do something with the mess of your life, then grace is what you need.” – Max LucadoGrace

“God’s grace is an essential concept for believers to understand, He freely offers His favor to mankind because Jesus; sacrifice on the cross purchased forgiveness and salvation for anyone who believes.” –Charles Stanley

“Ultimately, grace can never be earned. Like all gifts it can only be received, requiring that I simply open my hands and trust.” – Mark YaconelliThe Gift of Hard Things
“The Gospel of Grace leaves no room for boasting and if we do not let the truth, that grace is unmerited, that the Father is that generous, have full reign in our hearts, then we will always seek to add our tuppence worth (just to be sure).” – Phelim Doherty, By the Grace of God

“The grace that God gives is amazing. Through Jesus, He forgives our sins when we don’t deserve it and have no way to earn it.” – Adam Cumpston, 30 Days to Overcoming Depression and Anxiety

“Grace is the first and last moving cause of salvation; and faith, essential as it is, is only an important part of the machinery which grace employs. We are saved ‘through faith,’ but salvation is ‘by grace’.” – Charles H. Spurgeon, All of Grace

“When you truly realize what God has done for you, His love, grace and forgiveness begin to transform every area of your life.” – Jennifer CarterWomen of Courage

“But God’s grace is also exhibited when we humbly bow before Christ in repentance and faith, for then we find forgiveness. Thank God for His grace, for without it we would have no hope!” Billy Graham, Hope for Each Day

“For we are human, weak and prone to wrong,
And by Thy grace alone are we made strong.” –Henry CoyleThankful Heart

“In the midst of our failed attempts at loving Jesus, His grace covers us.” – Francis ChanCrazy Love

“It is because we are saved by grace that grace then works in our lives to accomplish God’s purposes for us. The Christian life originates in God’s grace and is lived by God’s grace.” – Carl R. Trueman, Grace Alone—Salvation as a Gift of God

“This is what grace does. It rescues us from our spiritual blindness. It releases us from our bondage to our rationalism and materialism. Grace gives us the faith to be utterly assured of what we cannot see. It frees us from refusing to believe in anything we cannot experience with our physical senses. But grace does more. It connects us to the invisible One in an eternal love relationship that fills us with joy we have never known before and gives us rest of heart that we would have thought impossible. And that grace is still rescuing us, because we still tend to forget what is important, real, and true. We still tend to look to the physical world for our comfort. We still fail to remember in given moments that we really do have a heavenly Father. Grace has done a wonderful thing for us and continues to do more and more.”
― Paul David TrippNew Morning Mercies: A Daily Gospel Devotional

“We are justified, not by giving anything to God, – what we do, – but by receiving from God, what Christ hath done for us.” – William Gurnall

Money&Purpose

A failed purpose is a tragic life

We tend to equate our work with life and our measure of success with our earnings. We rate people based on the metrics of their pocket even when there is a knife in that pocket and it is stained with blood. As long as they have shekels they are special and we accord them expensive privileges.

I believe that money is a means and not an end, and when money becomes an end, you transform. At best, money is a coma, not a full stop. If you think otherwise, you’ll have poverty of spirit and a deformed soul. Don’t get me wrong, money IS important but you must be large hearted, being rich towards others.

This is the ultimate determinant of wealth. History will not remember you for the amount of money you have. It is the size of your contribution — intellectual, political, social — that history remembers. History has selective amnesia. The Writer of history demands that we live a selfless life full of contributions. History only recognizes men of purpose: those with purposeful contributions. We get into petty jealousy because we’ve not been able to define a purpose for our existence. ‘My Mercedes is bigger than yours’; ‘my children attend better schools than yours’; ‘my lair is swankier than yours’; ‘my wife is prettier than yours’; ‘my coffin is more gilded than yours’; ‘my grave is deeper than yours’… It never ends, does it? It will never be enough. The man with one plane envies the man with 2 Lear jets.

Even my probate lawyer is meaner than yours. Talk about life after death! There must be a reason why some people are more blessed than others and it can’t be for the purpose of oppressing the lesser blessed. I define success as the fulfillment of purpose. It is the only definition that I find accommodative of the success of Paul the Apostle, Julius Caesar, Henry Ford and other great men in history. Or else Mother Theresa was a woeful failure. How come nobody ever names their child Judas? He made a lot of money, was politically connected and made valuable investment in real estate. Judas was a failure because of a lack of understanding. You cannot truly be successful in life without purpose.

A failed purpose is a tragic life. And if success is the fulfillment of purpose then you can’t really measure your success until you’re near the grave, geriatically or paediatrically. (Alexander the Great died very young). It’s amazing that history will not remember Bill Gates for being the richest man in the world.

His place in history seems cemented for his philanthropy. He’s being described increasingly as the man with the largest foundation in the world and not the man with the largest stock options.
